The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ May 28, 2003, p. A11 James Leroy Black, 70, passed away on May 23, 2003 in Wittmann, Ariz. James was born Feb. 22, 1933 in Wenatchee, Wash. He is survived by his wife June; five children, Denise Marie Mardian, California, Russell Mutchler, Idaho, Sherry Quigley, Montana, Penny Vanderpool, New Jersey, Peggy Jaeger, Maryland; one brother, William Black, Washington; one sister, Carol Smith, California; and nine grandchildren. A memorial service was held at the American Legion in Wickenburg on May 27, 2003. Arrangements were handled by Frey Funeral Home.
