Fred W. O'Brien, 85, of Scottsdale, Arizona died February 3, 2003. 

Fred was born and lived his early life in New Jersey. He moved to Scottsdale 40 years ago. He was a member of Abiding Savior Lutheran Church, also very active in Scottsdale chapter of AARP. 

He was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn and a daughter Marie. 

Fred is survived by sons Fred Jr., and Daniel, a loving sister Joan and brother-in-law Steve. Two nieces Christie and Sherie, ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. 

Memorial services will be for the family only. Services provided by Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Arizona.
