RICKS, Mildred Florence

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 5, 2003 Mildred Florence Ricks, 73, born in Bristol, England on Feb. 23, 1929. She was the beloved mother of Pamela Olague, Tempe, AZ, Susan Green, Mesa, AZ and Michael Ricks of McMinnville, OR. She also leaves behind a brother, J.G. Dennis Colenso, Gold Coast, Australia, seven grandchildren & three great-grandchildren. Mildred was a war bride, a member of The Daughters of the British Empire and the London Society. She was last employed by the Phoenix Police Dept. "I" Bureau. Another angel got her wings on Feb. 1, 2003. She will be greatly missed. Visitation will be Wed. 11 AM to 12 PM in the A.L. Moore Grimshaw Bethany Chapel, 710 W. Bethany Home Rd., and the services will follow at 12 PM. (Obit: Courtesy of Pat Wilson)
