The Arizona Republi, Phoenix, Arizona January 3, 2004 Bobbye Bennett Gray Childers, 84, of Phoenix, AZ died December 31, 2003 at her residence. Born May 11, 1919 in Cincinnati, OH, she moved to Flagstaff, Arizona in 1921. She was a school teacher and librarian in the Scottsdale School District. She was a member of Gamma Phi Beta and graduated with honors from Arizona State University. She is survived by a son Douglas W. GRAY of Phoenix, AZ and a daughter Vicky GRAY CASE of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Bill ELLIOTT, Bobbye BATES, David CASE, Victor CASE, Shawn EMCH and by nine great grandchildren, Melissa, Kristine, Grace, Jordan, Andrew, Jack, Christopher, Quinn and Kallie. Mass was at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 8620 N. 7th St., Phoenix, AZ. Memorials to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St. Phoenix, AZ 85014-5669.
