Jack Lynn Bush, 86, born Aug. 4, 1916 in Capitan, NM, passed away Feb. 4, 2003. 

He is survived by his son Jim Bush, daughter Barbara Martin, 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, and 1 brother. 

Graveside service will be 1:00 PM Friday, Feb. 7, 2003 at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 719 N. 27th Ave., Phx., AZ. 

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Trinity Hospice, 5314 N. 12th St. #202, Phoenix, AZ 85014.
