FISHER, Herb

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 6, 2003 Herb Fisher, age 63, went to his Heavenly Father on February 3, 2003. He was born in Indiana and came to God's country about 40 years ago. "Papa" will be missed by wife Lorrie, daughters: Valerie, Vera and Melanie; sisters, Beverlie (Don), Debbie, brother Todd, grandson and buddy Nicoholas and granddaughter Sarah. Papa had retired a few years ago after selling his successful company, Allied Material Handling Products, to an international company. He was a strong leader, Husband, Father and Grandfather who will be missed for his gentle strength, dry humor, generosity, and one-word sentences. He set a good example by raising his family in a Catholic Christian home teaching his daughters good morals, good work ethic and compassion. Preceded in death by his father Harley, mother Vera and brother Jeff. Funeral Services will be on Thursday, February 6, 2003 at 10am at St. Timothy's Catholic Church, 1730 West Guadalupe Road, Mesa, Arizona. Services handled by Green Acres Mortuary, 401.
