Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, February 9, 2008 Samuel J. Kelsey, 76, of Paulden, Ariz., born Oct. 14, 1931, in Maine, passed away Jan. 31, 2008. A Memorial Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, 2008, at the Prescott SDA Church, 2980 Willow Creek Road. Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood assisted the family with the arrangements.
