STEPHENS, Kenneth Russell

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, December 10, 2009 Kenneth Russell Stephens, age 60, passed away Dec. 4, 2009. Ken was born in Akron, Ohio, and lived in Ohio, New Jersey and Minnesota before moving to Arizona in 1983. He graduated from St. Cloud State College in St. Cloud, Minn., in 1974 with a B.S. degree in elementary education. He loved his family, friends and all animals. He was preceded in death by his father, Bob Stephens. Ken will be mourned by his mother, sister, brother-in-law, and other family members in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Ken was laid to rest beside his father in Sun City West, Ariz., on Dec. 10, 2009, in a private family service. In Ken's memory, donations may be made to the Salvation Army, or adopt a pet from a shelter to keep Ken's memory alive. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
