BALLINGER, Kathryn Kay

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 8, 2003 Kathryn Kay Ballinger, passed away on February 5, 2003, she is survived by her loving husband Donald of 51 years. A loving son Matthew & wife Cynthia of Denver, Co., a daughter in law Sheri Ballinger of Phoenix, a sister Dorothy Cool of North Platte, Nebraska, a brother John Kentopp of Fresno, Ca. Pam Adams and 5 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving son Mark in September 2002. Kay was a custom silk floral designer in the valley for over 15 years. Services will be held at Lundberg Mortuary in the White Rose Chapel at 1:00 PM Monday, February 10, 2003 @ 5310 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale, Arizona.
