The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 8, 2003 Kay M. Epcar, age 93, passed away February 6, 2003 in Phoenix. She was born in La Crosse, Wisconsin and moved to the Valley 33 years ago. She was a charter member of B'Nai Abraham Congregation in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Survivors include her son Terry (Geri) Epcar, daughter Vicki (Victor) Linoff, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her late husband Solomon Epcar. Graveside funeral services Sunday, February 9th at 10:00 AM in Beth El Cemetery, 2300 W. Van Buren in Phoenix.
