Visitation will be Sunday, February 9, 2003 from 5-8 pm at Resthaven Park Mortuary. 

Services will be held Monday, February 10, 2003 at 11:00 AM at Resthaven park Mortuary, 4310 E. Southern Avenue, Phoenix, AZ. Arrangements handled by Resthaven Park Motuary.
