PATRICK, Jane D.

Jane D. Patrick, 89, of Glendale, died Aug. 28, 2002. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Sep. 11, 1912. 

Preceded in death by her beloved husband Harrison R. Patrick on Dec. 14, 1999.  Her survivors include daughters, Constance L., and Margaret R.; son, Bruce R., three grandchildren and two-great grandchildren. 

Memorial Service Saturday, Aug. 31, 2002 at Chapel of the Chimes, 7924 N. 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ.
