KIELBERG, Emil, Jr.

Emil Kielberg, Jr. was the only son of Emil Sr. and Ida Kielberg. He grew up on the family ranch in Aravaipa Canyon. He married Anna Lena Birkenfeld and had four sons, Delmar, Emil III, Frederick, and Arthur. He entered military service in 1918 and was sent to Los Angeles, CA. His wife and sons followed him, and both he and baby Frederick passed away of Spanish Flu, Frederick in July, 1918 and Emil Jr. on November 16, 1918. His remains were transported to Tucson, AZ, but his gravesite is unknown.
