Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ November 11, 1955, p. 10 Rites Wednesday For George Lord Funeral services were held at 11 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in Wickenburg Chapel for George W. Lord, 89-year-old resident of San Manuel, Ariz., who died in that town last Sunday morning. Burial was in Wickenburg Cemetery. Rev Bill Barker officiated. Mr. Lord was the father of Mrs. Fred Leisering of San Manuel, formerly of Wenden and Wickenburg. Mr. Leisering is the son of Mrs. W. M. Leisering of Wickenburg. Mr. Lord, a native of Missouri, came to Arizona in 1951. His wife died here in that year and is buried in Wickenburg Cemetery. In addition to Mrs. Leisering, Mr. Lord is survived by a son, James E. of Kansas City, Mo., and two grandchildren who are well known here: Mrs. Cletus, Barnes of Morro Bay, Calif., and Mrs. Janet Reich of Denver.
