(Obit: Courtesy of Pat Wilson) --------------- The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 02/14/2003 Nancy Irene Perkins, 62, died Feb. 8, 2003 in Show Low. Nancy was born in Ohio. She married Lloyd Earl Perkins Aug. 16, 1958 and they lived in Phoenix until they came to Lakeside in 1977. She has been a faithful member of the Blue Ridge Christian Church for 24 years. Nancy was a friendly person who loved being around people. She enjoyed camping and the outdoors. Nancy is survived by her husband, Lloyd Earl Perkins; one son, Lloyd Edwin (Nancy Lee) Perkins of Show Low; one daughter, Lillie Mae (Justin) Brandt of Globe; two sisters, Star Hodge of Phoenix and Penny Smith of Show Low; three brothers, Charlie Smith of Phoenix, Paul Smith of Fresno, California and Clyde Smith of Phoenix; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 15 at the Blue Ridge Christian Center in Lakeside. Owens Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
