Josephine (Joan) Schilling danced into heaven on February 9, 2003, leaving behind her loving husband of 67 years, George, their children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Joan loved her Lord, her family, and all of God's children with a rare passion and gentleness. She listened deeply and reflected God's love to all who came into contact with her. 

A memorial service will be held in the chapel of the Good Samaritan Retirement Center, 10333 W. Olive Ave., Peoria, at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 13th,[2003]
