Lynch Jr., born March 5, 1935 went to his heavenly reward surrounded by his family January 11, 2003. Tom devoted two decades of service to Chandler Police Department and touched many lives. He is survived by his wife Suzanne, brother Henry, sister Marianne, children Kevin, Brian, Frank, Maureen, Kathleen, Kelley, Colleen, & Erin; grandchildren Gavin, Isaiah, Frank, Liz, Chase, Sam, Robert, Rachelle and Sydney.
