Frank Rodger Slaughter, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2003 at the age of 57 after a courageous battle with cancer. Frank was born in Albuquerque,. New Mexico on April 9, 1945.
He served 33 years as a Public Health Advisor for the Centers for Disease Control.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Toni of Phoenix, Az.; son Kelly Slaughter (Andrea) of Austin, Texas; daughters, Kim Wood (Scott) and Kerri Freeman (Chris) of Mobile, Alabama; sister, Carol Entsminger (David) of El Paso, Texas; 5 grandchildren and 4 nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held, 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 14, 2003 at Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary, 6500 E. Bell Rd., Scottsdale, Az.
