Heritage Funeral Chapels, Peoria, Arizona Wednesday, December 16, 2009 MSG Frank Nicholas Prano Jr Ret., 77, of Peoria, AZ passed away December 16, 2009. He was born August 5, 1932 in Detroit, MI to Frank and Elsie Prano Sr. Frank served during the Korean War and was a member of the DAV Glendale Post, and an Elite member of "The Chosin Few" after the Battle at Chosin Reservoir. Frank is survived by his son Frank Prano, III; 4 grandchildren; brothers Benito (Ruth) Prano and Charles (Carol) Prano; and sisters Marion (Robert) Thomas and Katherine (William) Harriman. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 21, 2009, at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Rd Peoria, AZ from 5 to 8pm. Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2009, at 12:30 pm at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona 23029 N Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ. [Edit Bio]
