The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, January 14, 2003 Bonieta Horacek, 71, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away January 12, 2003. She was born October 13, 1931 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Bonieta is survived by her husband of 56 years Tony Horacek, son Jerry Lee Horacek Sr. and a sister Donna Wolfe. She has eight grandchildren - and thirty-one great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents June Gilleland Gardner and Frank W. Gardner, her sister Betty Gardner Rhatigan and a son Chuck Horacek. She is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She will be missed by all. Visitation will be held on Wednesday Jan. 15th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Services to be held Thursday Jan. 16th at 10:00 a.m., All at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 N. 27th Ave. Courtesy of Pat Wilson.
