Charles "John" Jonkosky, 85, of Phoenix, passed away February 9, 2003. Born in Pittsburgh, PA on May 1, 1917 to Peter and Mariauch Jankowskas. 

John is survived by his son Chuck, 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. 

Memorial services will be held at First Christian Church, 6750 N. 7th Ave., at 3:00 PM, Thursday, February 13th. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to Hospice of the Valley or Christian Care.
