CAVEY, Shane Teagan

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona 12/15/2009 Shane Teagan Stewart Cavey of Trinidad, Calif. died due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on Nov. 27, 2009 in Crescent City, Calif. He was a commercial fisherman and locally renowned glass artist. Shane Cavey was born May 17, 1978 in Tucson. Shane is survived by his mother Sandra Lee Stewart of Mesa, Derrick Cavey of Gilbert, Rachel Cavey of Oceanside, Calif., Miles Cavey of Mesa and Hannaleigh Scaglione of Coralville, Iowa. He is also survived by his paternal grandmother, Catherine Ann Cavey-Englehart of Titusville, Fla and his maternal grandparents, Gordon and Carolyn Stewart of Chandler. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Charles Gilbert Cavey Jr.; father, Charles Gilbert Cavey III and his baby brother, Joshua Stewart Cavey. He was loved by many and will be missed by all. Wier's Mortuary Chapel of Crescent City, Calif., handled arrangements.
