Mary Helen Belcher, 80, of Sun Lakes, Arizona, died December 25, 2002 in Chandler, Arizona. Born in Denver, Colorado, March 1, 1922, to Oliver Wendell Ketner and Mary Sabina Rafferty, she was a school teacher for some 30 years in the Aurora, CO. school system.
She married "Tard" Belcher on October 7, 1943 and they lived in Aurora until coming to Arizona in 1986.
Tard passed away in January, 2001, leaving her survived by daughter Sandy Crenshaw of Ft. Collins, Colo.; son Ty O. and Judi Belcher of Loveland, Colo.; granddaughter Shelly and Scott Warner of Windsor, Colo.; and great-grandson Seth Warner of Windsor, Colo.
She is also survived by many close relatives and friends.
Memorial service 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 18, 2003, at Sun Lakes United Methodist Church, 9248 E. Riggs Rd., Sun Lakes, Arizona.
