Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ December 30, 1955, p. 8 Mrs. Courteen's Mother Summoned In New York Mrs. Jo Courteen flew to Newburgh, N. Y., Tuesday where she had been called by the death of her mother, Mrs. Edward Cleland Ross, who passed away early that morning at the age of 88 following a long illness. Services were held Thursday in Newburgh where Mrs. Ross had lived all of her life. Immediate survivors, besides Mrs. Courteen, are two sons, Cleland Ross of Newburgh and Carol Ross of Reseda, Calif. Mrs. Courteen expects to return to Wickenburg Saturday.
