Services on Friday, Jan. 17, 2003, 9:00 a.m. Visitation and 10:00 a.m. 

Funeral service at 8710 N. 3rd Ave, Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Phoenix, Az. 

Interment to follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, Phoenix, Az.
