AVERY, Harold (Perk)

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Thursday, January 16, 2003 Harold (Perk) Avery, 85, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away January 14, 2003. Mr. Avery was born April 5, 1917 in Genoa, Ohio. Mr. Avery resided in Phoenix for the past 52 years and served in the United States Army in World War II. He is preceded in death by his wife, Marion Avery. Survivors include his two daughters, Margie (Maurice) Brogni and Madonna (Jon) Ousley, three granddaughters five great-grandchildren and four nieces. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 16, 2003, 5:00-7:00 p.m. with Rosary at 5:00 p.m., at Best Funeral Services, North Central Chapel, 501 E. Dunlap Ave., Phoenix, Az. Graveside service will be held Friday, January 17, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, Az.
