Visitation will be held Friday, January 17, 2003 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale, Az. 

Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 17, 2003 at Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale, Az.
