The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Thursday, January 16, 2003 Phyllis P. Cooke, of Sun City West, Arizona died January 1, 2003. She was born Feb. 4, 1927, in New Philadelphia, Ohio. Mrs. Cooke earned a B. Sc. degree at Ohio State University. Her oldest son, Cal, died in October 2002. Survivors include husband of 52 years, Robert, three sons, Ken of San Diego, Calif., David of Elmhurst, Ill., Dan of Newburgh, N.Y., four grandchildren, sister, Patricia Jaynes of Stillwater, Ok. She was a member of Shepherd of the Hills United Methodist Church, 13658 W. Meeker Blvd., SCW, where services will be 2:00, Saturday, Jan. 18, 2003.
