CASSELMAN, Melinda Fay

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 13, 2003 Melinda Fay Casselman, 27, of Phoenix, AZ passed away February 8, 2003. She was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas on March 7, 1975. She is survived by a son, Damian Nathaniel, age 6; a daughter, Abigail, age 2; her parents Steve and Elaine Casselman; sisters Renee Casselman of Portland, OR and Rachael Casselman; grandparents Connie Casselman of San Diego, CA and Jerry and Andrea Lewkowitz; She also leaves six uncles, seven aunts, and many cousins. Rabbi Tutnauer officiated services held on February 9, 2003 which were followed by interment at Beth El Cemetery in Phoenix, AZ. Melinda you will be loved forever in our hearts.
