PETERSON, Evelyn P.

Evelyn P. Peterson, 90 years of age, our beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, born January 12, 1912 in St. Paul, Minnesota passed on to become one of God's Angels on August 13, 2002. She and her late husband of 50 years, Irving, moved to Arizona from Minnesota in 1951. She is survived by her son Richard Peterson of Phoenix and daughter Karen Peterson of Sun City West, 3 grandchildren Lovie Broskie, Lanci Peterson and Rich Peterson and 6 great grandchildren. "Bunging" as she was affectionately named by her grandkids, was a retiree of Allied Signal Aerospace. She volunteered for numerous organizations and was a past organist for the Scottsdale chapter of Eastern Star until her health no longer permitted her to maintain her vigorous schedule. During the past 8 years she loved playing the organ for her friends and neighbors at Fellowship Square, a retirement facility where she resided. Mom, Bunging, we will miss you so much.
