CHAPIN, Florence Frances

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 13, 2003 Florence Frances Clark Chapin of Grand Court, 262 E. Brown Rd., Mesa, formerly of Chicago and Monticello, Indiana, died Monday, February 10, 2003. Mass will be held in celebration of Florence's life at 10:00 AM at Queen of Peace Catholic Church on Friday, February 14th. Mrs. Chapin owned & operated restaurants in the Chicago area. She managed the Clearing Industrial Club. Florence was a long time pilot and aviation enthusiast. She enjoyed golf & fishing. Florence lived a full & joyful life & will be missed dearly by her family & everyone who knew her. Surviving are her husband, Jerry Chapin; her son, James, of Los Angeles; 2 grandsons, John Clark of Paradise Valley, Arizona & James Clark of Los Angeles; 2 granddaughters, Janet Househalter & Julie Hansen of Los Angeles.
