CURFMAN, Nellie E.

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 13, 2003 Nellie E. Curfman, age 86, of Glendale, AZ, passed away on February 10, 2003. She was born on September 26, 1916 in Follansbee, West Virginia to Charles R. and Vera B. Walker. She was a 50 year member of the First United Methodist Church of Glendale and a member of the B.P.W. Assoc. and a past volunteer for the Glendale Memorial and Thunderbird Hospitals. Nellie was employed as an Accountant / Clerical Assistant with Montgomery Ward for 35 years. She is survived by her two sons Richard J. (Shirley) Curfman of Phoenix and Thomas D. (Debra) Curfman of Fremont, CA. Grandmother of 5 and Great-grandmother of 10 and Aunt to Ra (Kay) Walker of Aurora, OH. A Graveside Service will be held at 9:00 A.M., Friday, February 14, 2003 at Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale, AZ. Funeral arrangements Entrusted to Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, Glendale, AZ.
