ALLSHOUSE, Roger S.

Roger S. Allshouse, of Mesa, AZ, passed away on August 15, 2002. 

Survived by his wife of 49 years, Gwendolyn (Johnston); children: Timothy (Carola) of Las Vegas Nevada, Brenda (Mark) Sheets of Chugiak Alaska, and David (Candace) of Chandler, AZ. Also survived by grandchildren: Gregory and Stephanie, Zachary & William Sheets; brothers: Merlin (Marion) of Hillsdale Michigan, and Marvin (Shirley) of Harrison MI; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by brother Keith, parents Roy and Helen, and grandson Stephen. 

Roger was born Sept. 18, 1932 and raised in Onsted MI. 

He was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War, worked as a Project Engineer for International Harvester, and retired as a Design Engineer for Crafco Inc. in 1995. 

At Roger's request, there will be no formal service. There will be a gathering for family and friends at East Mesa Moose Lodge, 1925 S. 74th St, Mesa AZ on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2002. Instead of flowers, please donate to your local American Heart Assn.
