BLACKARD, David Knight

David Knight Blackard, 52, of Phoenix, died July 29, 2002. 

He is survived by sisters, Susan Beretti and Christine Flores-Magon; brother, Scott; niece, three nephews and various cousins. 

Memorial service Sat., Aug. 24, 2002, at Central United Methodist Church, 1875 N. Central Ave. Contributions may be made in David's name to: Mexico Mission, c/o Central UMC, 1875 N. Central Ave., Phx., AZ., 85004
