Blanche M. Purdy, 84, of Phoenix, AZ, died February 11, 2003 in Phoenix. She was born December 4, 1918 in Rock Springs, Wyoming, she had been a school teacher. 

She was preceded in death by her husband Ellsworth John Purdy. She is survived by her son Kelly and wife Linda Purdy; a brother Frank W. Parr; and two grandchildren Brian and Amy Purdy. 

Graveside services will be on Saturday, February 15, 2003 at 10:00 AM at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, 401 N. Hayden Rd., Scottsdale, AZ with visitation 1hr. prior at the mortuary.
