Carl R. Solberg, beloved husband and father died Feb. l0th at his home surrounded by his family. Born Dec. 31, 1935 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He attended Lawrence University and graduated from Carthage Lutheran College. He received his teaching degree at Arizona State University and went into the book publishing business. Carl worked for several publishers during his 35-year career. 

He is survived by his loving wife Jan, son Carl and daughter Caren all of Scottsdale, and brother Charles of Racine, Wisconsin. 

Memorial Services will be 11:00 am Saturday Feb. 15th at New Covenant Lutheran Church 15152 N. Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd Scottsdale, AZ 85260. 

In lieu of flowers contributions are requested to the church or the Arizona Humane Society, 9226 N. l3th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85018
