Dawn D. Haddix, 32, passed away at her home on February 7, 2003. She was born September 10, 1970 in Flint, Michigan. 

She is survived by her husband Monte, loving son Keith, mother Brenda, step-father Dwight Taylor, father Gary Northrup of Oregon, brother Paul (Jami), niece Fayth, nephew Tyler, Grandparents David & Bertie Davidson, Great Grandmother Lois Hester, uncle Donald (Theresa, Jonathan & Jeremy), great aunts, great uncles, great great aunts, numerous cousins & friends. 

Memorial Services will be held on Sat., Feb. 15, 2003 at 12:00 noon at Valley Heights Baptist Church, 1827 W. Grovers Ave., Phoenix, Arizona.
