He is survived by his mother Josephine, brothers John, Adolofo, Richard, Ruben and Mario, Sister Annette, Son, Joseph Garcia and daughter Alicia and several nieces and nephews. 

Graveside services will be held Wednesday December 23, 2009 at 10:00 a.m
