He was a cement inspector employed by BBP Concrete. Survived by his daughters, Stephanie Rollins, Regina Parsell; son, Robert Choate; brothers, Wayne Talbert, James Campion; sisters, Diana Rausin, Patty Campion, Ann Pierce; birthmother, Jean Campion; mother, Ada Steiger (Parsell) and special friends, Pat & Carol Denbo, Darin & Lisa Krier.
