The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Saturday, January 18, 2003 Minnie L. Carter, 76, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away Jan. 15, 2003. Minnie was born Nov. 5, 1926 in Coshocton, Ohio. She moved to Arizona in 1942 from Coshocton, Ohio. She worked as a self-employed housekeeper for 53 years and retired in 1998. Survived by daughter, Sandra Rae Cook of Phoenix, Arizona; sisters, Clara Carter of Phoenix, Az.; Midge Carter of Las Vegas, Nev.; brother, Arthur Carter of Phoenix, Az. and five grandchildren.
