The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Saturday, January 18, 2003 Christopher N. Hemming, 23, of St. Joseph, Arizona, died on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2003. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, Jan. 19, 2003, 2:00 p.m., at Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, with Rev. Paul A. Koehneke officiating. Friends may call on Saturday, from 2:00-3:00 p.m. and from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Christopher was born on November 27, 1979, in Berrien Center, Michigan, to Donald Dwayne Hemming and Michelle Lynn Waller. He was a systems analyst, formerly employed at Whirlpool. Christopher was an avid thrill seeker, he loved skydiving, bungee jumping and parasailing. He also loved to travel. Christopher is survived by his father, Donald of St. Joseph, Az.; his mother Michelle of Scottsdale, Az.; maternal grandmother, Betty Jane Taber of Las Vegas, Nev., maternal great-grandmother, Betty L. Tabbert of Stevensville; godfather and uncle, David (Kate) Hemming of Shelbyville, Ind.; godfather and uncle Scott Michael Waller of Chandler, Aa.; and great uncle Tom (Jan) Wach of Stevensville.
