The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Saturday, January 18, 2003 Connie C. Himes, 64, born in Oak Park, Ill. Connie was a loving wife, mother, and homemaker. She has passed away on January 16th, moving on to a place of peace and serenity. Connie attended Niles Township High School in Skokie, Ill.. She moved to Scottsdale, Arizona with her family in 1957 and has resided here since. She attended Phoenix College and went to work at Motorola where she met her husband, Noel. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marie McCarthy and sister-in-law, Sandy McCarthy. Connie is survived by her husband, Noel, daughter and son-in-law, Leslie and Clifford Diamond, brother, Bob McCarthy, cousin, Roger Langford and friends throughout the years. Visitation, Sunday, January 19, 2003, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Green Acres Mortuary and Cemetery, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Az. A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, January 20, 2003, 11:00 a.m., also being held at Green Acres Mortuary and Cemetery. Donations in lieu of fIowers may be made to the Virginia G.
