The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, January 19, 2003 Louise M. Cook, 80, of Glendale, homemaker, passed away on January 17, 2003. She was born in Johnstown, Pa., on September 10, 1922. She is survived by Bill Cook, her husband of 56 years, daughter, Sandra Corbin of Phoenix, Az., son, William Cook of Tempe, her sister, Alice Coller of Johnstown, Pa., six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 21, 2003 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Rd, Peoria, Az. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. following the visitation at the funeral home. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society, 2929 E. Thomas Rd, Phoenix, Az., 85016.
