The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, January 19, 2003 Marguerite R. Galicich, 84, died January 15, 2003 in Phoenix, Arizona. Marguerite was born on November 17, 1918 in Rock Springs, Wyoming. She attended the University of Colorado. After college, Marguerite married Albert Galicich in Rock Springs in 1941. She was an elementary school teacher. Marguerite later owned, with her husband, Marguerite's Gifts and Jewelry in Rock Springs for 35 years. She moved to Arizona in l982. Thankful for having shared in her life are her daughter, Marguerite A. Cummings of Scottsdale; three grandchildren, Marguerite Whitmore (Grant) of Glenview, Ill., Carolyn Hembree (David) of Phoenix, Az., Craig Cummings of Gilbert, Az. and one great-grandchild, Margot Whitmore. Services were held Saturday, January 18, 2003 at Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary. Memorial donations may be directed to Hospice Family Care, 1550 South Alma School Road, Suite 102, Mesa, Az., 85210.
