The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 15, 2003 Carl E. Malcolm, 72, of Glendale, Arizona passed away February 12, 2003. He was born May 30, 1930 in Ontario, Canada. He was a veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force. He is survived by his wife Leota, a son Greg C. Malcolm (Christine); 5 grandchildren, Brittany, Austin Malcolm, and Jordan, Stephan, Alexia White. Memorial Services are being held Saurday Feb. 15, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. in the Clubhouse at Grand Missouri Mobile Home Park, 4400 W. Missouri Ave., Glendale, AZ.
