EVANS, JR., Irvin Howard

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 16, 2003 Irvin Howard Evans, Jr. passed away to be with the Lord and other loved ones on February 12, with his beloved wife Carletta by his side. He was born on October 17, 1932 in Minott, ND. Irvin honorably served his country in the United States Marine Corp. He is survived by his wife Carletta of many years; Daughter Michelle (Mike) Scannell; Son Kurt (Lena) Evans; Stepchildren Rose (David) Anderson, David O'Brien, Joseph S. (Marybeth) O'Brien and Fletcher A. (Mary) Keller; Sisters Sharon and Vonnie. Grandfather of 24 and Great-grandfather of 8. He is preceded in death by his step-daughter Cindy Jones. Visitation will be 5-8 P.M. Sunday, February 16, 2003 at Chapel of Chimes Mortuary 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale, Az. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 Monday February 17, 2003 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint's 3802 N. 59th Ave., Phoenix, Az. 85033. Interment will be at 9:00 A.M.
