Sari B. Ravenscroft, 68, of Fountain Hills, Arizona, died Jan. 16, 2003. Born in Corning, N.Y. she moved to Arizona 28 years ago from Deerfield, Ill.
She was a graduate of the University of Michigan, a long-time member of Christ Church of the Ascension, and a volunteer at the Phoenix Zoo in the Education and Horticulture Depts. She also did volunteer work at St. Luke's Hospital, Service League, Camp Fire, Scottsdale Girls' Club, Women's Architectural League, and P.T.A.
She is survived by daughters, Lori R. Geare and Holly R. Carroll; son, Edward A. III; brother, Dr. Bruce F. and Loren R. Barker; grandchildren, David, John, Peter & Tom Geare and Carter Carroll; great grandchild, Taylor Grace Geare.
A Memorial Service will be held at Christ Church of the Ascension, 4015 E. Lincoln Dr., Paradise Valley, Az.
