The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, January 19, 2003 Larry T. Slobodnjak, 71, passed away Jan. 13, 2003. He was born in Conneatville, Pa. He is survived by his wife Marion, daughters, Diane Morris of Scottsdale, Az. and Lynn Tiglio of Pittsburgh, Pa.; sons, Stephen and Paul both of Sacramento, Ca., six grandchildren and a sister Donna Gianni of Lincoln, Ca. He served in the USAF for four years working in communications. He graduated from the U of A with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and from UC Boulder with a Masters in Electrical Engineering. After college he worked for Mountain Bell and retired from AT&T, as District Manager Business Services, Western Region. Contributions to Hospice of the Valley 1510 E. Flower St. Phoenix, Az., 85014. Services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2003, 10:00 a.m. at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd. Courtesy of Pat Wilson.
