ERICKSON, Ralph Lief

Mr. Ralph Lief Erickson, 100, died June 27, 2002 in Chandler, Arizona. He was born June 25, 1902 in Dubois, Idaho to the late Otto and Rebecca Erickson. 

Mr. Erickson Spent 30 years of his life playing with the Pittsburgh Pirates, and the Chicago White Sox major league baseball teams as a pitcher. He was last employed by the Kennicott Copper Company, which he retired from in 1962. 

He is survived by his daughters, Barbara Bowman and Nancy Smith, 5 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. Arrangments by Valley of the Sun Mortuary and Cemetery.
