The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, January 19, 2003 Sam S. Tochihara, age 71, of Glendale, Arizona, passed away peacefully at home on January 15, 2003. Sam is survived by his wife Grace and four children, Lori, James (Yumiko), Steve (Shari) and Joann (Eric); grandchildren, Troy and Shige Kato, Kenneth, Kimmi Tochihara, and Kelsey Tochihara. Visitation will be held at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 21st at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m.. Courtesy of Pat Wilson.
